Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible subscription-based services with month-to-month or annual billing.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime with 7 days’ written notice before your renewal date.

     

  • Cancellation requests should be sent to: support@socioprism.com

     

2. Refunds

  • Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once content creation or ad campaigns have begun.

     

  • If you cancel before the content work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus processing fees).

     

3. Exceptions

In rare cases (e.g., failed delivery from our end), refunds may be issued after review.
